Wallis Chamber Highlights Christmas Activities
Parade entry forms can be found at City Hall, Wallis News-Review and all local businesses as everyone is invited to join in the festivities. Build a float, decorate your car, ride your bicycle-motorcycle, 4-wheeler, or walk your favorite pet! And for all the internet gurus, check out the different parade/float ideas on Pinterest and Google. Jazz it up and make it work using lots of lights!!!!
This year’s parade theme is “A Wallis Country Christmas”. First place trophies will be presented for Best Theme, Best Lights, and Most Original while a plaque will be awarded for Best Business Decorations. But remember, this is a nighttime parade, so...the more lights the merrier!!
Once again the Chamber will be judging neighborhood Christmas decorations in hopes of finding those special, unique displays within the community. Judging will be held on Friday, December 16th, so make sure your lights are turned on and be on the lookout for that 1st or 2nd place yard sign, as it could be outside your window!
For more information regarding entries, please go to www.wallischamber.com or contact Bernadette Parr at 281-239-5203… have a Merry Christmas!

We are approximately 40 miles West of downtown Houston and population is moving our way rapidly. The Wallis Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to promoting the prosperity and growth of our member businesses and facilitating location of other businesses to Wallis. We have a number of annual activities which attract hundreds of visitors. We solicit sponsorships for these events. Sponsors messages are displayed for the many who visit.
